Sales Executive(3-5 Years Exp).

We have an opportunity for sales professional with 3-5 years of experience in selling IT infrastructure solutions and services.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Build client relationship and improve overall customer experience.
  • Achieve assigned period, annual volume as well as category targets by taking initiative, being creative solving problems. (Category targets will be shared on quarterly basis).
  • Solutions sale (Cloud/Product/Services) using all available resources.
  • Grow base sales by maximizing distribution, growing VEB share additionally pursuing creative secondary positioning of all products.
  • Responsible for developing, managing and closing leads to maximize service, productivity, and merchandising.
  • Manage sales targets by accurately forecasting weekly reports and needs.
  • Partnering with OEM, distributers, and other internal/external teams to improve delivery efficiencies and optimize customer service levels.
  • Should Keep updated with latest technologies and get minimum 2 sales certification.
  • Should be open for travelling.
  • Meeting customers assigned by inside sales representatives.
  • Co-ordinating with back end teams for quote generations, order loading and payment follow ups.
Sales Manager(5-8 Years Exp)

We have an opportunity for Senior Business Manager with 5-8 years of experience in selling IT infrastructure solutions and services.

Job Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and bring market intelligence.
  • Should have team management skills.
  • Responsible for revenue generation and own the targets for the vertical.
  • Lead a motivated sales team of Account Managers & achieve revenue goals.
  • Solutions sale (Cloud/Product/Services) using all available resources.
  • Partnering with OEM, distributers, and other internal/external teams to improve delivery efficiencies and optimize customer service levels.
  • To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and tailor made solutions to suit client's needs.
  • To collect and share regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.
  • Manage team efficiently and ensure KRAs of all team members are achieved.
  • Develop team members and groom them for their technical and professional growth.
  • Comply with Sales process and policies of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & high levels of integrity.
  • Aggressive with drive and high energy levels who shows potential to convert sales & achieve targets.
  • Should be extremely good in follow ups.
  • Ability to understand a client situation and present a relevant product.
  • Develops self & Team, promotes good work ethics & professionalism.
  • Should be open for travelling.
Regional Manager(15-20 Years Exp)
